Perfect software for small production plants
We use Prodio for production planning. It helps us to count the working hours, to check the costs of the details production.
PROSWe like the most the ease of use of the prodio software. Intuitive production panel is really helpfull in our job. The operation of the software is stable and breakdown free. We have never had problems with data lost or breaks in production.
CONSWe like the software very much, we do not have any remarks.

One year with a Prodio.
So far, the overall experience has been fantastic. We were able to track our production activities withspreadsheets thanks to Prodio, which has dramatically improved the professionalism of our procedures.It plays a crucial role in how we conduct business every day.
PROSNumerous elements of Prodio have been beneficial in enhancing our production procedures. Havingthe flexibility to develop recipes for each product has been immensely helpful because each finishedproduct contains quite a few raw materials. In addition, we can now more accurately track productionand assembly time thanks to the Shop Floor IU. That has been quite beneficial in determining a precisecost per unit.
CONSThis app is addictive. I check what's happening in the company, even on my holidays, due to myability to connect from anywhere. Besides that, data is the most important thing; in this context,workers need to know the application.

CONSThere is no possibility to analyze statistics in the program. The only option is to transfer the data to the Excel file.

Using PRODIO for two years
We started using prodio because we needed a simple program to place jobs on individual machines so that operators would complete them according to schedule and specifications. Thanks to Prodio, this was achieved.
PROS+ transparent view of orders in the production panel. + the program is easy to implement in production
CONS-long time to add new products, it has to be done one by one. it is not possible to add multiple products at once

I recommend it is a basic work tool in our company
I recommend it, I have been using it for several years and after the first months I didn't know how I could work without it
PROSthe clarity of orders, the organization of work for employees so that they know what to do with the details and the fact that no order is finally lost, we know what has been done and what has not been done, what is invoiced for and what needs to be settled.
CONSI have no comments, everything is realy fine.
