Titan review September 2022

The Titan system is proving to be invaluable to our business, we are looking to expand the system to other sites within our group in 2023, which i am sure will enable closer control & management of assets & training, i expect the system to play a pivotal role when we begin the journey to ISO 14001 accreditation for our sister site.

PROS

the system has had a significant impact across the group, all managers/users have access to up to date information via the easy to use dashboard, with users having individual alerts & notifications specific to there requirements, with reminders set for action which the administrator can monitor remotely. as i am finding my way around the system as a new administrator customer service and help are key elements, service & assistance are always prompt when required.

CONS

as a new administrator i am still getting used to the system, up to this time i have found little if any areas for improvement

Titan is a useful tool that holds lots of information at your fingertips

PROS

I think once your get the hang of it; how to input information or documents it is mainly straightforward. I find it useful that all the information you need as an administrator is all in one place, at your fingertips. Reminders to update coming through via email is also very useful as it's easy to forget to check, especially if you don't use it every day (Having said that, this is currently not working)

CONS

When I started using the first version we had it was mostly a case of learning how you went along. This, for example, meant that sometimes duplicates of documents such as asset certification or training records were produced and I was unable to delete one and that's still the case, I think. Also, I don't think that 'American-style' spellings should be used, perhaps it's just in this review request, but to me it doesn't look good. Read your Tips for Writing Reviews

Titan

We're keeping on top of our business and maintaining the quality of our systems, which reflects in our kitemark accreditation every year. The Titan team have been fantastic from the day it was implemented to the regular Audits they help with throughout the year.

PROS

I like that we can keep track of our Assets and are alerted to anything coming up and due. Any changes and improvements to the business are recorded and monitored via the regular Audits, which keep the management team aware.

CONS

When adding history to the service records on the assets, the fields could be larger and clearer.

PROS

Titan is a great piece of software that enables the business to maintain its management system and achieve continued compliance with business objectives and procedures. Provides complete visibility for staff certification and training. Notifies actions required 30 days prior to an end date which enables good planning.

CONS

This is not really a con. The Software has recently had an update (for the better) therefore to perform actions took a little longer as navigating around a new system takes time to learn.

Excellent system - keeping our business compliant

Excellent, Mark One uploaded everything once approved and keep the audits up to date. when we have our ISO audit, everting is up to date and very easily accessible to show the auditor.

PROS

Its a no fuss system all documents in one location, everything is in a logical place, easy to find and in PDF so easy to forward on.

CONS

Completing actions can be tricky if you don't follow the process and save when needed - Mark One are very helpful with phone help!

Brilliant and effective cloud-based Quality Management System

99.9% positive - and great support team to keep us on track.

PROS

We have been using TitanQMS for over 10 years. It is a brilliant system that suits our quality management needs very effectively - a very useful resource for document control of all our processes and procedures; for managing all of our audits, complaints (not many), risk, objectives and training. Very easy to access and create new records - very easy for regular audits and reviews. AND our external ISO auditor likes it too!

CONS

Since the upgrade, we are missing the ability to print reports, our complaint forms.

Titan is very useful for managing our Quality Management system and ensuring we remain compliant with ISO9001. It is simple to use and update. The dashboard alerts you to actions that require attention.

CONS

The email alerts for actions which are due is currently not working but I understand this is being looked into and resolved. When these work they are very useful.

'New' Titan

PROS

The 'new' Titan system is much easier to read and understand and the 'dashboard' tells you exactly what you have outstanding at a glance. The headings are shown down the left hand side, easy to read and have links to show outstanding items and documents - much easier than the previous version.

CONS

Not had any issues with the new version of the software.
