find quality documents in a central place

PROS

No more searching for qualitiy documents at several places. Everything is at hand at one central place in the latest version. I love making notes in the software for the document author to improve documents easily.

CONS

At times it can be tricky to find documents. It is important that the administrator\author selects the right search terms for documents.

Always up to date.

My overall experience is quiete good. There are more pro's than cons.

PROS

To have all documents in one place. Never have a doubt if you are working with the latest version.

CONS

Sometimes it is quite complex to change documents.

PROS

We use Zenya for our Quality handbook. It is usefull to have all the documents together in one software.

CONS

Hard to find related documents, not very intuitive in creating documents.
