Helps to work more effectively by using email communication
It helps us to keep track of email effectiveness in the entire company. And also: it helps us to improve our services and files. Great value for money.
PROSToday 90% of communications goes on email. To keep track and having the opportunity to use sophisticated filters -what Anvert offer- we became more effective. Our response time and the quality of our customer service greatly improved.
CONSAs in case of every new system, Advert's system first implementation takes time too. But once you set up the accounts and filters properly you feel the advantages.

Great productivity tool with actionable insights
It keeps track of email performance across the company, so we can offer a better service in all levels and keeps our KPIs in check. Great value for what you get.
PROSWe use Asana and Slack for internal communication, while the primary correspondence channel for sales, account management and customer success are done via email. We send and receive 50-100+ emails for each account. Anvert helped us to reduce the unnecessary emails by using the automated and custom filters. Another feature we found useful is to get notification on idle threads and emails. This way we can monitor all of our email accounts in one dashboard to make sure the important emails always get addressed on time. There are also reply time and volume metrics that are also useful to set benchmarks for various teams and individuals. They released new features recently called sentiment analysis and emotion analysis. It is meant to warn you if customer relationships are degrading or there is a problem. We haven’t used it enough to rate it.
CONSIt takes a bit of time to set up accounts and filters, it is a once off. In some places I don’t understand why they have search functions. We don't use them that often.

Easy to use and makes the daily job more efficien
A sympathetic company who really can help in automation and make the work more efficient. I'm happy I tried it and now we use it every day.
PROSMostly what I like is that it helps us to reduce unnecessary emails thanks to many smart automation and filtering features. The dashboard is super useful and it is easy to monitor the progress and all the emails on one screen. With the reminder function, we can keep track of every customer request in time.
CONSSetting up could be easier, but after that everything went well.

Useful management tool
Anvert saves a lot of time managing customer emails and tracking the standard of employee client handling via emails.
CONSSome features are still under development, but Anvert customer service is responsive. Development is agile.
