We're Having a Great Journey with ClickedIn
Excellent. We have now integrated it with our CRM system and it has proved to be a very good investment. We now plan to work it for a long time to build our sales.
PROSToo many things to list, but see the detailed responses. Another good thing is that we have been able to build zaps to automate things like uploading connection data to our CRM system and another to capture IBM Watson scores by person, so that we can analyze Watson scores for an individual across multiple campaigns they participated in. As we get more data, we will learn more about how to tune our campaigns.
CONSSome of the menu fonts are very small and you can miss them for weeks when you are new. In the responses section of the reporting the window where you can see messages you sent a person and their replies, if any, is way too small and needs too much scrolling to operate. The sign in page is poor.

Very good. Excellent customer support!
PROSI like the automatic dialogue with prospects. They seem to feel that they are having a conversation with a real person.

Product Failed to Work and Lied About Guarantee
ClickedIn appears to be run by con artists who aren't interested in creating a positive experience for their clients.
PROSThe people were easy to work with until I requested that they honor the guarantee on the contract.
CONSWell, they lied about guaranteeing 60 leads in 90 days or your money back. I got one OK lead that led to voicemails, and one lead they counted that amounted to someone being confused as to what was happening. After 90 days they asked to extend it and said it would take more time to work. We ended up going another 90 days with no success, and when I requested to cancel they magically added $2000+ in fees. I attempted to reduce the fees, but they were adamant that nothing could be done and that was that. So was it worth it? If you enjoy spending $2000 on poor-quality leads, go for it. However, if you're looking for high-quality leads that provide your company with a real opportunity to grow your business, stay as far away from ClickedIn as you can.

Good Lead Generation Platform
Overall, we have developed some good lead flow into our funnel. The messaging automation and intuitive response function has been a real time saver for our team.
PROSClickedin has been useful in developing a lead flow for our advisory firm and has led to several prospects progressing through our lead funnel. The customer service is very proactive and having bi-weekly check in calls has been a great way to keep things on track.
CONSThere is not much to dislike about Clickedin in our use case. It is doing what we need from it.

We did a demo and it checked off all of the boxes we were looking for help with, and we had some comfort knowing there was a money back guarantee from Clickedin.

Great for marketing when you don't have a marketing team
ClickedIn is a great tool for connecting and networking with people on LinkedIn. It has helped me double my connections in just a few months. I highly recommend ClickedIn.
PROSThe onboarding process was excellent, and I appreciate the bi-weekly meetings to evaluate campaign progress, manage changes, and create new campaigns.
CONSThere are a lot of settings and details with setting things up. I would have gotten overwhelmed and lost without the support staff.
