seamless filing for cross user coordination
good, used by many in the company and solves difficulty of organisation.
PROSonce set up, filing emails is quick and easy
CONSset up can be difficult with sharepoint.

Working with the two gentlemen I did, setting up Mail Manager was easy.
PROSThe ease of storing emails, keeping exchange server clean, It's AI ability to not keep duplicates when two or more people save the same email thread. It's ability to keep just one. The search features to help find an email(s) related to a specific topic. The list goes on. This software is absolutely amazing
CONSCan't say I really found anything negative about it yet.
Reason for choosing Ideagen Mail Manager
One Drive, Office 365 need some work. Not very friendly, not really shareable with outside sources. One Drive, Sharepoint and 365 need to make things more user friendly.
Reasons for switching to Ideagen Mail Manager
We have been storing our emails as PST's on our server, but 2 or more of us could be storing the same email, same attachments, each in our own PST folder. That was using up a lot of space. This software will take the multiple emails and just keep one that is accessable to all.

For my business the functionality was good

Sharing of emails in project folder target than having them buried in outlook
PROSEasy filling of emails into project folders as you go. Remembers where you last filed similar emails and prompts you to file there again
CONSCan get a little slow if your mailbox is very full

Good for Tracking Correspondence
Overall I like this software but I could go without it.
PROSI like how seamlessly this software installs and works with Outlook.
CONSIt can be a bit too nested and somewhat confusing to get set up initially.
