Pega Customer Service fulfill basic needs seamlessly.
Satisfactory results with focus to be made on improving new feature and support system.
PROSAll the required tools required for customer service and satisfaction such as ticketing system and the follow up pipeline is well built and the software has seamless integration with different systems which inturn has benefited us by maximum resolution.
CONSThe new feature roll out is very slow and they need to improve customer service quite a lot as we have to wait in queue for a long time on call.

Slow but effective
Pega is super easy to use. It helps a lot of employee's do their jobs more easily.
PROSPega is super easy to use and navigate. It pre-generates our call script so we don't have to remember what we have to say to a member The questions we have to ask are provided in pega We have sections to input our own message based on conversations we had with the members and add any important infomercial the client may need to know about the call.
CONSPega gives quite a bit of issues. It will run slow in between calls and sometimes send errors and we have to report it back to management so they can fix the issues!
