PropFuel is a Game Changer
PropFuel makes it so incredibly easy for team members to recognize each other. Instead of asking "is this good deed by my colleague worthy of an e-mail" they can "prop" their teammates quickly and easily. This type of consistent recognition improves morale and encourages an atmosphere of mutual support. Combine this feature, which is used multiple times every day, with the "check in" capabilities and you have a powerful tool that is a combination of suggestion program, employee recognition program and silo buster. PropFuel fills a gigantic hole in corporate culture with something so easy to implement and use. It's been fantastic in a dispersed team like ours but I also see the application for any company regardless of their employees stay remote or not.
PROSPropFuel was simple to set up and get running. It is also easy to use: no special training, no downtime to learn anything complicated. The ease of use made it a powerful tool for us right away.
CONSPropFuel is constantly improving the product -- from an easy integration into Slack to better reporting. There isn't any one area where I see a major deficiency in the software. The biggest challenge is keeping the program fresh so employees stay engaged using it effectively.

Must Have Software for Membership Upgrades
Propfuel has paid for itself 10x over with the automation it can apply to member engagement and upgrades. In just one month we were able to identify over 200 members that wanted to upgrade to a paid subscription just by asking the simple question, “Would you like to upgrade?” I never realized that our members wanted simple, straight forward communication vs the daunting, long emails. It’s an amazing supplemental form of marketing to pair with our educational content. Did I mention we increased our webinar registrations by 830% with Propfuel? Again, by simply giving them information and allowing our members to let us know by a click of a button if they’d like to attend or receive the recording. I’m a raving fan and the team is wonderful to work with. Choosing to use Propfuel for any member-based business, and even SaaS model with unengaged customers is the way to go.
CONSNo dislikes! Honestly, the software is hyper compatible due to available API integrations, and solves our immediate pain points.

A more engaging way to communicate with our members
PropFuel gives our association a new way to communicate with our members beyond the traditional email which typically only provides information. With PropFuel, we can engage our members and give them an opportunity to provide feedback while still providing important information. Their feedback allows us to customize our follow-up with them and better meet their needs.
CONSWe wish there was an option to select multiple answers for multiple choice questions rather than a single selection only. Also, some of the text formatting, e.g. on landing pages, can be a little wonky; we sometimes have to play around with it a bit to get the look we want.

Great for member feedback and internal teambuilding
As an association that values member feedback and suggestions, Propfuel facilitates an easy and simple solution to get answers. This is a two-fold because with Propfuel we also are able to easily recognize and get to know our internal staff by sending out "get-to-know-you" type of questions, or by sending "props" which is so important for developing team culture.
PROSPropfuel is very simple to use and has plenty of options and functions that we can add for an easier user experience. I really appreciate that we can do simple polling, quick feedback responses, or in-depth work-flows as well. The interface is great to customize and Propfuel is very easy to integrate into our everyday uses.
CONSThe only thing that I dislike about Propfuel (which I do not think is their fault) is that sometimes we have experienced that some members receive their notifications in the spam folder, but Propfuel has given us instructions on how to help our members combat this, and I really feel that it's just with certain people's high security systems. Overall Propfuel is great and the benefits definitely overshadows any negative things about the platform.

Overall its a great product. its easy to use, easy to setup, and the customer service is stellar. I love that the PropFuel team is always working to make improvements and is constantly deploying new features and keeping up with the needs of their clients.
PROSI love the ease of use for the customer. The fact that they can respond to questions right from their email, and not have to click a link is great and, in my opinion, leads to a higher response rate.
CONSWhile the integration has come a LONG way since I started using Prop Fuel, I wish it was fully embedded in Fonteva (SalesForce). This may not ever be possible since its not a SalesForce product but there are still elements of tracking and knowing who has received what that is missing from our database.
