Happy Customer

Customer Service is outstanding and that is extremely important to me. We all have our way of thinking and looking at things and for the most part they created work arounds for us and also in some cases created new features that we recommended.

PROS

All in one system, who innovation every year.

CONS

Would like to customize a layout with specific field names. Certain fields are locked and that field name can't be changed.

Liked the base package and they seem to continue to provide innovation and future development.

Great CRM for sales reps

We have had a great experience and are learning more everyday.

PROS

I appreciate that the system can be used on a computer as well as through a mobile device. Even better that the two systems work seamlessly.

CONS

The main difficulty we experience is needing to create a new company before we can tie an email to the customer. This is only a problem for new companies we work with and when trying to link emails to new opportunities, this can be a little clunky.

Reason for choosing Repfabric

Repfabric was perfect for our team. We are manufactures sales representatives and this system was built by other reps for reps!

Great product, and improvements are being made frequently.

It was slow getting it all up and running, and some of our users aren't using it as much as they will be in the future, but it is coming along nicely. Very happy with the product so far.

PROS

The ease of use on the web portal, and how easy it is to update quotes. Can't wait for the new app to launch, and the old one goes away.

CONS

It doesn't work flawlessly with Oasis just yet, but I know that the development team is working hard on getting things working that will help us. They have a great software team, and support has been great so far.

Reason for choosing Repfabric

Cost was reasonable, and this CRM is aimed at how our business is setup so it seemed like a nice fit for us.
