Easy to use and understand.
PROS
It's easy to understand and learn, you can organize the emails into different categories depending on the source the email is coming from.
CONSI sometimes have to click on an email 2 or 3 times before it opens. The ticket search could be a little easier to use as well as the saved standard responses.
