Great Service!
I really like how easy care patron is to use for the practitioner as well as the client coming into the practice. It has a lot of functionality and user friendliness and that’s what is really great about it.
CONSThe main thing that I don’t like about care, patron is how it’s difficult for my client to see when they next have appointments because then it does cause some issue and lateness were cancellations.

Best System ever
Its the absolute BEST system. I LOVE it. It makes my coaching business SO much easier to manage in every way.
PROSI LOVE the ease of the system, its an all in one management tool for clients, client notes, invoicing, scheduling and client portal.
CONSDoesnt integrate with apple calendar and doesnt integrate with paypal. Does have integration with Google Calendar and Stripe. Also doesnt yet have ability to do group bookings but this is coming. Carepatron are always adding to and improving functions which I love also.

Its an all in one system. Its got everything in one place for an awesome price especially for a start up.
Reasons for switching to Carepatron
I wanted to be sure initially of Privacy compliance as Scheduling Acuity was also fantastic but only offered that at higher price. Now that I use CP there are a lot of features including the notes/documentation that I love in CP too so the switch was right for me.

Easy to use; customer support is very prompt and helpful
CONSOften there's glitches with telehealth appointments and I've had to switch to zoom or another form of telehealth which is very disappointing

Change of practice. My old practice used Cliniko which was not in above options; the new one uses Carepatron

Great System for my Practice
Carepatron have been very supportive right from enquiry through to ongoing use and is very responsive to requests.
PROSI mostly use the calendar for appointment bookings and reminders and the notes features which saves me 1 - 1.5hrs time previously spent on this each week. It was great that I could set-up with my most needed features and then develop use from that.
CONSI'd like to take off the ability for the client to cancel appointments in the email reminder. I'd prefer that they have to contact me directly

Hands down, Brilliant
I am impressed with what is accessible on the free plan. A great starter platform to start with, to become confident before committing bigger dollars for all the features or bigger teams.
PROSCarepatron is an easy to use, all inclusive platform for client and staff appointment management, and I have tested a few. For what is available, at little to no cost provides a great starting platform for the newer and smaller organisations to get a start.
CONSMy only challenge is not being able to 'see' an email sent history anywhere. However, this is changing, and gmail can be synched. I don't use gmail for business purposes.
