In general a simple great app that’s allowed me to take my consultations online without adding extra time to my appointments allowing me to have them one click away at a very reasonable price.

It’s simple and quick. It allows me to go back to clients notes, ad follow up notes and it has a body chart I can draw on which most similar apps don’t have. It also collects client’s signatures which is a big plus.

I would incorporate the option for the therapist to edit the questions of the consultation, add questions, remove and edit the order of these. I would try improving the body chart
