CONSThere are times when I cannot find the right report, however, I am able to get help through my RCM team.
Reason for choosing MedicsPremier
The sales person was informative and always available for questions along with a system that is very user friendly. The software is very good, but I found the whole RCM package to be the best fit for us. The team we have in place is very professional, detail oriented and has done a terrific job of handling our billing needs and concerns.
Reasons for switching to MedicsPremier
Transparency. When we were using another company and software for billing, I was unable to view data or reports at my convenience. I had to wait for someone to send me a report and there was only one type of report they could provide.

Great Value and Functionality
We use Medics Premeir to manage outpatient radiology workflow.
PROSThe software is highly customizable to suit specific business and workflow needs.
CONSThe interface is not flashy, but it is very functional and that is actually preferred.

Costumer Service staff is great! but once they call to resolve an issue, most of the time they don't know how to resolve. Most of the time they have to get back to us.
That we don't have fill in different tabs on patient demos. Being able to print bills and letters and save them on pdf format.
CONScan't print the adequate reports for our practice. Not being able to fix our own custom forms. Huge cons is that we have to constantly making sure the insurance order is clicked otherwise the the hcfas wont print...among other things. No very happy with this new system.

I have been using MedicsPremier for over 10 years. I have experienced ease of use and extremely high functionality. I would choose the software if I had to do it all over again!!
PROSThe customer services is exceptional!! From sales to implementation and training the program and the support staff has been amazing. I have used many billing programs over the 25 years I've been in this business and MedicsPremier is extremely user friendly, easy to use and extremely efficient for productive work flow!
CONSI wish the statements / receipts I am able to print are more updated. They are very dated in appearance. However, they are easy to produce and understand by the client.
