I have had an excellent relationship with Alembico for several years. There has always been excellent response to any need that may arise.

PROS

It is very user friendly. The main interface is icon based and very functional.

CONS

A little more flexibility in the creation of certain documents such as referrals would be beneficial. The label printing function could be more flexible as well.
