Very useful

PROS

I am overall very happy with AMN Healthcare Virtual Care Management. It allows me to have telemedicine visits with my integrative medicine patients. It gives my patients the option to self schedule and I appreciate the text reminders for appointments for both myself and my patients. It is HIPAA secure and I like the medical documentation platform.

CONS

I wish when I could edit the availability templates once a patient has scheduled. Once there is a patient on the template, I am unable to make any changes. Also I wish I would receive notifications for patients who schedule same day within 2 hours of the appointment.

Configurable and Easy to Implement

Overall our experience has been positive and productive. Both of our businesses have grown concurrently and we continue to look for new ways to work together.

PROS

When we decided to purchase this product it was one of the most customizable and configurable platforms available that allowed us to tailor our patient's and provider's experience to exactly how we wanted it.

CONS

The software is more tailored to hospital systems and private practices which is not really our business model so we had to make some changes to get the workflows we wanted.

Limited functionality but easy to use

The team has been helpful and supportive however the platform itself is very limited. Patient notes would be erased, some patients would be double charged, and certain simple requests takes weeks/months (And still counting) to address. Hoping they can fix these issues in time but overall dissatisfied with the platform.

easy to use. relatively straight forward to navigate.

CONS

limited functionality. not too many bells or whistles but even in its limited capacity there are a myriad of issues that go wrong which distracts from patient care itself

1. Video & Audio : UI Design , Usability and Convenience - Excellent. Because this is core page , where everything else is depend on. 2. Provision to upload reports. 3. Integration of e-prescription, Pharmacy look up and soap notes. 4. Quick ramp up time for the new instance creation. 5.

CONS

1. Notification, if any new version pf API available. 2. Documentation with additional examples.

Software Review

Overall, we have had a very good experience.

PROS

The system provides excellent video conferencing and this easy for patients and providers to use. The charge capture feature is also very valuable.

CONS

The system lacks some basic reporting features. Other items such as when patients receive reminders are hard-coded and non customizable.
