It's been a positive experience, customer service is excellent and there's a wide range of products/services offered that help with billing.

Ease of use- the interface is user friendly, so training new staff to use it is a breeze. The ability to add/edit/remove billing codes as needed is also extremely useful.

There are periods where providers are unable to enter/save notes, but these are sporadic and usually fixed quickly.

It's been great would recommend to any company for billing.

What I like mist about Checkpoint is the billing piece we use. We can customize it for our needs and it has worked for us for many years,

Slower in developing certain features that would make billing easer.

I enjoy Integrity overall, one of my favorite EHRs.

I feel like Integrity is easy to use and has a clean interface.

Sometimes it doesn't work the way it should. If I run a report at times I get different results.

There is nothing that I least like about Checkpoint.

Wonderful, never really had any problems, and I have been using them for so long.

I always get an answer right away when I have a question about anything. The customer services is outstanding.

I would like more choices for Client reports.
