It has been a fabulous product for our families and staff. Even now we have parents of newborns who prefer waiting in their cozy vehicle and entering directly to their exam room after receiving the text that we’re ready for them. During the peak of covid we were having and empty waiting room and our call volume was insane because parents were calling to check in. With doc Clocker phone calls are for scheduling or responding to our patients and we couldn’t function without it!

Implementation was so simple and everyone had buy in immediately!
