MY ER FILE

MY ER FILE allows patients to enter their information by taking a picture, downloading a PDF file, adding a photo from their photo files or typing in the data. The patient has complete control of what information is stored in the app and who that information is shared with. The data categories within the application include a copy of old EKGs, medication's, POLST/DNR, allergies, immunizations, diagnoses, surgeries, implacable devices, emergency contacts and insurance cards.
