Exceptional Practice Management tool

billrMD has been detrimental in helping us determine coverage for the patients on a real-time basis. For practices that have a frequent inflow of walk-in patients, billrmd is a savior. It has helped us reduce denials due to coverage drastically and we are seeing the impact in our monthly collections. The practice management module has given us deep

The ease of using the tool is what got our attention. Once can glide through the interface and most of the buttons and links are self-explanatory. We were able to figure out some of the options without basic training. At the same time, it seamlessly integrated with our business needs and the practice management module gave us really detailed insights that directly impacted our performance and production.

CONS

There was an initial hiccup with generating reports but we were able to get the workaround and it has been hassle-free since then.

Easy to use!!! The steps are fast and simple. My kid could do this with eaze.

I loved everything! There was nothing that I did not like least! I love it all!

Reasons for switching to billrMD

My old system was hard to use. I had to go through a lot of tasks just to get to where I needed to be. I did not like that at all. It went down a lot too.
