A intuitive system with multiple practice aids fully integrated
The workflow options are many, which can be turned around in relatively short order to drive better ROIs, especially when a practice is partnering with larger systems. Procentive's Stage II MU certified status is a passport to stronger referral partnerships with these large systems.

Pros and Cons of Procentive
Due to the extremely poor customer service in the past year, I would not recommend this product to anyone at this time. If we didn't have a lot of time and money tied up in developing this product to our specifications over the past 10+ years, we would be switching to another product.
PROSOur agency has used Procentive for many years. Overall this has been a very good product for us for most of that time. We have been able to set up complicated forms with their support, complete all documentation, submit medical claims and receive electronic payments. We have had a good working relationship and been happy with the product and service.
CONSIn the past year, after being bought by Therapy Brands, we have been having significant difficulties with this product. Our rejected billing claims were not being addressed in a timely manner and required constant monitoring and prompting to be adjusted and re-submitted. It became difficult to communicate with our designated biller and we ended up doing additional emailing and weekly phone calls to address problem areas. After several months, this did improve. More concerning to me has been the extremely poor communication with their customer support. We have been working to address contract issues and the response time to any email or question is weeks and requires me to follow up with multiple emails before I get a response. I have addressed this directly with the people involved and have been told "I take full responsibility" on multiple occasions, but the situation does not change. Once again, I am waiting for any kind of response to follow up questions I asked over one week ago. Now that I have emailed again, I received an automatic message that the person is out of the office for the next several days. This has been beyond frustrating and have been going on for several months. There has been no ability for recourse because at least one person that I have been communicating with is upper management (or would seem to be based on her title of Vice President).

PROSTraining is within Procentive and you can customize forms
CONSSchedule always takes you back to a single day view, you have to click on each note individually to see it rather than scroll to see all notes
