PROS

Customer services is great, even though our issues were not resolved, they were always kind.

CONS

The platform did not work consistently as intended. About 30-40% of the time health questionnaires do not port into the EHR discrete data mapped sections, patients frequently called the office for support regarding the MyCarePlan app or website, and logging into the provider app is "glitchy" at times and will tell you you have the wrong password or username. In this case, you have to just keep logging in and eventually it will accept your information and allow you to login. This was not user error as several providers used copy and paste to ensure we were typing the information in correctly. This is something that happens weekly. I recommend looking at the review in the app store for MyCarePlan for patients and providers as well as using google to read reviews. My practice is now paying for two products due to the number of patient and provider complaints regarding Qure4U. We did not wait to switch as several patients told us they were almost frustrated with the digital checkin process to not keep their initial appointment. We smoothed it over with them, but had to make a switch immediately. We have been with them for over a year and will have to pay out our contract despite them being aware of all of the issues we have been having and that these issues are repetitive.
