Door Tablet organize spaces perfectly

Door Tablet solutions provided an easy and effecient way to manage different meeting spaces, in addition to manage digital signage options, while all simply integrated with Microsoft 365 suite.

PROS

Perfect combination between hardware products as room booking and sensors or access control systems. Easy to brand amd customize. Multi platforms integration support. Micro detailed options that allow a vast of features.

CONS

Reporting services in Door Tablet could be improved to allow better occupancy and reservations reports.

PROS

Software simply that does what it is intended to and the implementation is not a hassle. Overall support is good. The options are more than evident.

CONS

The admin page interface is not that intuitive as could be but is not a deal breaker.

Solid performance and excellent support

These tablets have been an excellent addition to our new office and given much easier access to scheduling on-the-fly meetings and finding open conference rooms. Above all, the support was fantastic.

PROS

The tablet itself is well built, sturdy, and exceptionally bright. They are almost a beacon for any conference room. Setup of the initial tablet was fairly easy with a number of customization options. The interface is clear and easy to understand, and basic usage is not overly complicated. We mounted a test until and deliberately issued NO instructions to our users to see how easy it was. They took to it with no problems. It was very intuitive.

CONS

While we did have a little difficulty setting up the network licensing at the beginning, the support staff was very helpful and got us up and running very quickly.

PROS

The staff at door tablet were amazing in helping us get this integrated to our network. We had a number of challenges with security from our parent company and they helped navigate that and get us up and running.

CONS

Nothing I can think of off hand. The hardware (and options in various units) seems to fit the various needs of spaces well.

It's a good tool, despite that we had some issues recently, the support was great.

PROS

In the end user perspective, it's great tool

CONS

Administrating the tool is not so easy. we have seen some bugs, and there are parts of the tool that are not so clear for the administrator
