SpotBooker has radically simplified how we manage our meeting spaces. Before, coordinating these spaces was a constant headache; now, everything is centralized and easy to manage. PROSWhat I appreciate most about SpotBooker is its ease of installation and use. Setting it up was a breeze, and it smoothly integrated with our existing company processes. The interface is intuitive, which allowed all users to quickly get the hang of the product.In terms of features, real-time booking and availability management have had the most impact for us. SpotBooker has not only streamlined the booking process but also eliminated double-booking incidents.
CONSHonestly, it’s hard to find drawbacks with SpotBooker. If I had to be extremely nitpicky, I’d say that an option for more flexible recurring bookings could be a nice addition. However, it’s not a deal-breaker, and we are very satisfied with the solution as it is.

An essential tool for our meeting room management
Since we started using SpotBooker, booking rooms has become child's play. The tool is fluid and intuitive. A real time-saver for our team!
PROSSpotBooker offers a user-friendly platform that makes booking rooms effortless.
CONSHonestly, it's hard to find a significant flaw. A few more customization features would be a cherry on top, but it's not a deal-breaker.

Une interface simple et intuitive pour booker ses salles de réunion
Le grand plus de Spot Booker, c'est de pouvoir rechercher en temps réel les salles de réunion disponibles, selon nos propres disponibilités et la capacité de personnes requise. La réservation des salles se veut très efficace, et peut se caler dans notre agenda !
CONSL'interface affichée sous forme d'un calendrier est très intuitive et efficace. Si je devais donner une piste d'amélioration, cela concernerait plus le design de l'application, qui peut toujours être amélioré !

SpotBooker à grandement facilité notre quotidien
On gagne beaucoup de temps pour la réservation des salles et surtout les salles qui sont réservées sont vraiment occupées maintenant ! Depuis que spotbooker est en place, on a plus de disponibilité dans les salles.
PROSNous utilisons spotbooker dans l'incubateur dans lequel nous sommes ! Depuis sa mise en place les réservations de salles de réunion sont devenues un vrai jeu d'enfant. La fonctionnalité de check-in est un vrai plus, grâce à elle on en a enfin fini avec les salles de réunion qui sont réservées sans personne à l'intérieur!
CONSRien de particulier, l'outil réponds vraiment à toutes mes attentes! Une personnalisation graphique un peu plus poussée de l'interface aurait été la cerise sur le gâteau.
