Excellent Product for Team Engagement
The platform has helped us in improving team collaboration and engagement. We are able to effectively roll out the mentor-mentee program using this platform. Got more visibility in terms of knowing available resources, their skill sets, and expertise. The team is able to easily find available resources, their skill sets, and expertise, and request them for mentorship/guidance. Easy to use interface, very smooth on-boarding and team could easily adapt to the platform.
CONSThe report feature is good but there is an opportunity to make it more interactive.

It helped my customer to find out experts across the geography and organisations within my company. That helped them to respond back to customers with valuable response in a timely fashion. For top talents, it offers a platform that allows them to structure their engagement with mentor with well defined outcomes, which can be tracked and reported.
PROSInnovative four dimensional model, which allows each employee to have multiple roles to seek the help and also offer their talent/expertise to others. They can play any role any time simultaneously. User experience is good.
CONSArtificial intelligence and mobile app are missing.

In house applications didn't have the feature of driving the engagements. Customer was not able to find experts and mentors as needed. Lots of manual effort was involved.

Employee collaboration and finding tenant
I have good experience application. I can be more useful for medium and large origination.
PROS* This application provide more employee collaboration and more engagement. * We can find easily find required skill resources as mentor or expert using this application. * It provide staircase learning method. * Admin can approve expert and mentor.
CONS* More reporting from user end as well admin end.

Good product for an organization to engage people to help each other.
It is designed to help the organization where someone(mentee) wants the mentorship on any topic. Upon that any mentor who has desired knowledge can share with the mentee.

Every organisation has a mentoring program during onboarding, innovations, career growth and various lifecycle of an employee. ZIgtal provides a one stop solution to engage the workforce and defines a framework to establish, monitor and provides maximum visibility to the employees.
CONSThe tool should provide integrations to Performance management, Learning and some AI capabilities for Career growth of an employee which I believe is in the roadmap.
