Usability
We are working on trying to automate user provisioning. Working with the Hitachi Implementation team is great. They know their product.
PROSThe workflow for processing requests. The way approvals work and the ability to delegate works great
CONSThe WEB UI is a bit clunky and is not very user friendly. When you have a large number of targets and entitlements of different types of systems, having end users find what they need is a challenge. Connectors surrounding SAP are incomplete and need updating

My Customers have really enjoyed provisioning and password reset functionality of this product. The certification module is also outstanding
PROSVery easy to install and has very rich features and functionality. Also has a great user interface. It may very well be an hidden gem in the IAM space

Password Manager 11.1.0
Using Password Manager as a self service password reset tool. Having issues satisfying our Security Department requirements but almost there. Product is very flexible and can be setup to handle multiple situations.
