I'm trying the chat now online and I've been waiting for 18 mins so far. It's been 9 days and still I can't get a hold of anyone. I'm thinking of switching to someone how will take care of me.

Easy to install and use. Seems to catch a lot of things. Even worked on those annoying popup that lock up the whole browser.

I don't really have a con. Honestly I wish I would have found this sooner as it compliments my other antivirus and antimalware programs well.
