Great product for the cost! Makes life so much easier and customer service is excellent .
No more reminder phone calls. Saves on staff time plus customers like receiving a text vs. phone call.
CONSWe thought it might not customize to our industry well but it's very flexible and did just fine. Features to describe the appointment and length are greatly appreciated.

That way your correct appointment length will be pre-filled when you go to setup an appointment, and you can specify what service the appointment is for, which can help customize your reminders even further! GoReminder Review
Our overall experience with GoReminders is Great. It seems like each month they are adding new features that helps us save even more time and money. Also, the online customer service is excellent.
PROSThe Feature that we liked most about GoReminder is the automated text & email appointment reminders which helped us to increase revenue and free up time
CONSThe software is great, but we would love to be able to call customer services over the telephone. I think this would place them above all the rest!

We chose GoReminder over alternative products because we found GoReminder to be less complicated and more user-friendly.
Reasons for switching to GoReminders
We made the switch because we were looking for something with more features like Text & Email Reminders, Calendar Integration, and Online Booking.

Extremely positive, our whole booking system relies on this product

CONSAs we are in Australia it can sometimes take a while to get a response for any issues

Fewer no-shows and late clients
Customer service is quick to respond to any questions
PROSSMS & Email reminders have cut back on scheduling issues while educating clients to our protocol. I also like the global messeging to all clients when we have information to get to them quickly.
CONSI do not use the booking portion of the software, we're a kennel and require specifics that GoReminder doesn't have

The Zapier option was far more involved and learning a complicated new method was not how I wanted to spend my time
