I loved using LVLUP
Great experience loved LVLUP, and I think i will be using it for a long time as an amazing handy medium between my PT and I.
PROSI loved how easy it is to use, I can replace meals, I can see my trainings illustrated, I can text my coach anytime, even connect it to my watch and track my activity, and btw the weekly form that i fill, and the report of my progress shared by my coach is super motivating, and even the subscription affordable and super convenient
CONSTill this moment I am loving the features and the new updates done this month, and btw my Spanish friend started using it as well, and she loves that she can turn it into Spanish

Life-changing Fitness Experience
Once you get used to it in your daily routine, it will be a necessity. Whether you’re a fitness enthusiast, professional athletes, personal trainer or just a beginner, you’ll always find a way to benefit from the app. I personally love planning and organization, so having everything I need from workouts, measurements and meal plans on one platform really makes my life much easier.
PROSLVLUP is an all-in-one platform that allowed me to keep track of all training aspects, from scheduling my workouts, to updating my metrics, setting up a meal plan and directly interact with my PT. I was able to find all the necessary exercises to build a well-rounded workout plan, and I assume there wouldn’t be any training program or fitness level that this database wouldn’t cater to. The mealplan feature is absolutely genius and completely eliminated the need to use a separate calorie calculator. The autogenerated recipes and relevant grocery list also made life a lot easier and made my daily nutrition more accessible. Overall, it’s more of a lifestyle app than a fitness app, since it encompasses so much more than just your daily gym session.
CONSPersonally, I haven’t gotten around to using certain features such as appointment scheduling. Since I am my own coach and I use the app to schedule my own training plan, there is no direct use for it in my plan, but I can see how it can benefit other users in their online coaching programs. Furthermore, I haven’t been able to use the chat feature for the same reason, but would love to be able to add other accounts as followers/friends that I can interact with.
