MyGuestSpot (MGS) is designed to compel condo owners and apartment renters to obey the parking rules of the community through a two-pronged fair and equitable enforcement program. The first prong is the MyGuestSpot software, which serves as the organizational tool. The concept is simple, permanent residents and guests register their vehicles in the system creating a "paperless permit," which then becomes the tool for the second prong of the parking program- enforcement. The paperless permitting system can be customized to meet the exact needs of your community, including such variables as how many days a guest vehicle may park on the property and how many resident vehicles are permitted per unit. MyGuestSpot Pricing

MGS is a monthly subscription service so there are no long-term contracts. You simply pay via credit card each month. Discounted subscription costs are offered for advance payments of quarterly, bi-yearly and yearly. Subscription costs are dependent on the number of units in your community. Alternatively, we also offer a way to pay for your subscription via our "Pay To Park (P2P)" tool, essentially passing the cost of the subscription to the guests that visit your property (and even generating revenue for your community!) or via our "Resident Assessment" tool where each unit owner or renter would pay a one-time annual fee for use of the MGS Guest Permitting system.

PROS

It does the job intended at an affordable rate.

CONS

The user many login pathways - just need a single sign on page. Once a user, need a dashboard and skinny app rather than the marketing headers, footers and too much scroll.
