We offer a tailored subscription-based model (Hardware as a Service, Software as a Service), with the main variable being the number of mPOS units needed and when they are needed (can fluctuate monthly or even go dark during portions of the year if your operation is seasonal). Updates to the software, on-going support, and maintenance/repairs from normal wear and tear is included.

Observation
what i like with Parkhub is the flexibility to improve their product. from the time i have started using till this day, Parkhub has evolved and brought new feature .
CONSthe hardware can sometimes be problematic depending on the nature of the environment .or the weather may impact the hardware as well.

At the time, they were the only operation that had real time validations with TM presales on event day. They were a home-grown company that had many years of on the ground experience in parking operations They were in a partnership with the Dallas Cowboys. They had to have a system that worked well.

I used to love getting the original AAR. The support team, specifically [sensitive content hidden] are amazing and very helpful in resolving our issues quickly!!!
CONSThe new AAR!!! Information on the post event report is good but we need information from transaction graphs and breakdown charts.

Great Experience with Parkhub
The customer support has been great. While we don't often have issues, if I do have an issue (even if during event) support is able to assist quickly. The ability to use wireless is paramount to our operation since we do not have access to wireless infrastructure in our lots.
PROSThe ease of use for our parking attendants was ideal as these are not full time workers that we have an opportunity to train. The integration with our ticketing system was a must along with ability to use cellular to verify scans.
CONSI'd like the battery life to work a little better since we often have attendances in lot for 12+ hours. I also would like to see scan data be able to be uploaded or integrated with our ticketing provider to report off what accounts are utilizing their prepaid pass.

The integration with Paciolan was the main reason we went with Parkhub. I also felt the software was more advanced and usable for our operation.

Fantastic! It has always been much better than taking cash as payment.
PROSThe technology ParkHub has to offer when it comes to in lot parking operations is key to any events success. Real time data coverage to the customer facing support that is always on top of any request that is sent their way.
CONSBattery life is an issue when it comes to colder longer days. mostly an issue with the iPhones and not parkhub integration.

Big ParkHub Fan
The ParkHub Team is great to work with. They have been extremely helpful and friendly.
PROSI like the mobility of the handheld devices and the quick transactions.
CONSI am still working through how to best setup our parking lot so that we can breakdown multiple events in one lot. I think we will get there but it is not quite to my liking yet.

Excellent Partner
The Live feature is amazing. Having the ability to see which lots are busy and which aren't, allows us to effectively push traffic reducing wait time. ParkHub Support staff are amazing.
CONSOnly issue we face is during heavy rain. Some of the devices disconnect.
