Everything on one platform!
It is a great experience. I love being able to do design collaboration with my clients.
PROSMy clients were tired of having to find information relating to installs and service in various emails or files. Site Owl has it all under one platform and that has made life easier for them.
CONSIt took a longer time than expected for the devices to get loaded into the software. My client has a big campus.

Service Ticketing System
The customer and the tech's can easily communicate back and forth on the ticket. The technician can easily identify where a device is located when it is connected to the service ticket.
CONSWhen there is quite a bit of data it is a little harder to blow up the screen so that you can drill down to the exact device you are looking for
