PostNord Strålfors and Assembly Voting - millions of voters served together
Basic products are easy to use for standard election customers. But jointly we have created super customer experiences for most demanding banking sector election customers. Assembly Voting willingness to develop service and and capability to generate ideas are the most important values when one size does not fit all.
PROSWe have jointly with AV been using their voting systems Votes, AVX and Candidacy since 2015. Election sizes have varied between 250 voters to 1.4 million voters and still the systems have worked without glitches. Basic configuration work is equally easy for all sizes and support for more complex solutions is always available if need occurs.
CONSThe outlook of all web browser based services is critical when users are wanted to visit the web pages. In candidate search and voting the static pages are no more the best solution, as users are used to dynamic and live content everywhere in web. Also the language of services should cover both user experience but also customers administrative users experience.

General Meeting elections using Assembly Voting was 5*
The customer service from Assembly Voting is second to none, I can't fault it. AV were very easy to work with and if you do come across any stumbling blocks, they fix the issues very quickly.
PROSFeatures such as the opening and closing keys ceremonies and encryption provided more security and peace of mind, as did the two code log in for members. ease of use of the UI was also a bonus in both testing the system and for members.
CONSVote verification process is clunky and we had to write out step by step instructions for members to verify their vote, most then didn't do it since it meant they would have to vote all over again (I understand this from a security point of view though).
Reasons for switching to Assembly Voting
We had some issues with lack of customer support and also errors in voting reports.

Excellent support on a condensed timeline
This was our most seamless, transparent election to date. Thanks for everything, AV!
PROS[sensitive content hidden] were amazing and held our hands eveyr step of the way, even though we had a shorter timeline than most of their clients.
CONSWe did not need to purchase the voter support hotline, but I cannot blame AV for that; [sensitive content hidden] warned us that is was probably unnecessary for such a small voter pool.
