CoreSuite - For SaaS Management Procurements
1. I enjoy the Access Control & Permission that CoreSuite provides to maintain my cloud platform. 2. It has a wonderful and well-structured License Management utility. 3. I can actively monitor the ongoing tasks with its Task Management and also track the analytics of the endpoint metrics.
PROS1. It provides me with splendid Application Discovery for my business operating procedures. 2. It gives fantastic shadow IT detection feature which is helpful in preventing huge infrastructures attacked by either hackers or a vector for malware. 3. It regulates my IT Workflow Automation and makes it very convenient to regulate it as it offers drag and drop feature
CONS1. Its collaboration tools require more streamline data framework. 2. It takes much time with its document generation feature to provide its throughput.

Horrible experience going from direct management to Coreview
Part of this is because we moved from having full access to our office tenant and admin portal, which is near instant access and all changes are near instant as well. We have seen huge delays (in comparison) when trying to assign licenses, or change a user's mailbox to shared (took seconds in the admin portal, takes around 30 min in coreview). It is never clear when an operation is completed or has errors unless you are constantly checking the notification button (no on screen popup or notifications, you have to press the button to see the status of success or failure). This software is likely really great for very large organizations that need a better and easier way to manage and delegate privileges to the office admin side, but be aware there will be significate delays if you are used to using the office admin portal and a high learning curve.
PROSThe only pro I can think of, doesn't really affect me. The software does a great job at segregating and delegating permissions. We don't have full access to the system (and shouldn't) as it is used to manage multiple sites. The Coreview administrators were able to make it so we only see our users instead of all users.
CONSThis software is a crap show if you are moving from the office admin portal to Coreview. Everything is a report for some reason. Want to find a user? You have to go through a report first. Looking for a conference room, report. The whole system needs a complete overhaul. The search function at the top works OK, but when trying to do "Actions" you have to interpret what the action is saying, which isn't always clear. At least for us, the new user interface doesn't always work, which sucks because it is easier to use than the default interface.
Reasons for switching to CoreSuite
Didn't have a choice, holding company took over our administration to get better pricing.
