A Recruitment Marketers Dream
I love the surveys / chat bots where candidates can easily update their details and it automatically updates on Job Adder. This has made a massive impact on our data hygiene efforts and ensures we have the most relevant information for our candidates.
CONSThat there is no option to send emails / marketing emails at a specific time.
Reason for choosing Roi-AI
They were everything we were looking for in 1 product rather than using 3-4 different providers to achieve the same outcome.
Reasons for switching to Roi-AI
As it didn't integrate with our ATS and we couldn't properly track the customer journey through email etc.

Good news on the email scheduler too, we've just launched a function to enable this to happen.

Great solution
Very good experience
PROSROI-AI let's us automate a lot of activities in JobAdder, plus the marketing solutions link to our ATS too so no exporting and reimporting to different systems.
CONSUX needs a bit work and it's not as intuitive, however their support team are amazing

Makes automation of admin tasks easy - set and forget
I've enjoyed the journey so far but feel that the real potential is yet to be achieved. Looking forward to increased ROI from Roi

CONSSwitching between automation and email screens can cause some confusion when trying to kick of a campaign, theres lots of jumping around between screens and the pop up is an unnecessary frustration!

You'll be pleased to know we've just added a feature to hide the pop-up (it was annoying us too!) and in a couple of weeks you'll be able to do everything from the automation area, so no jumping between screens!
