Excellent software

PROS

Online reputation is extremely important to our business. We receive many of our patients through online reviews. Being able to manage and see these reviews in real time helps us manage and respond in a timely manner. The software is easy to use and requires little work on our end. Highly recommend.

CONS

Integration with our practice management system, Nextech would be great so we dint have to manually upload a contact list

The lack of ability to correct or respond to issues or even ability to delete negative comments that do not pertain to our practice or doctor is frustrating The response on portal seems very auto-generated
