There are a few things I really liked about Riivu. The platform has a simple, user-friendly interface that makes it easy to request reviews from customers and track progress over time. I like the ability to customize email templates and receive real-time notifications when customers leave reviews is incredibly helpful.

I would really like to see a central dashboard where I can get all my crucial info at a glance. But I have spoken with Support already and I think this is something they are working on.

From start to now I have enjoyed using Riivu. Its easy and a great bang for your buck. I also love the little extras like the window cling and the QR code.

I really have nothing negative to say about Riivu. The set up was easy and in under a day I had all my reviews in one space and I was able to respond to all of them in the app.

at this time there is nothing negative for me to write about Riivu. Any feedback I have provided has been resolved or given feedback on. I hope they continue down this path.

It’s great not worrying about what’s happening to my online reputation without constantly checking. It lets me relax a little and focus on clients.

I wanted to order a replacement sign straight from the dashboard but I’m being told the feature will be added soon
