It took half the time to write our last proposal. Kept the parts that scored high and worked the parts that did not. Worked very well for past performance write ups and resumes compliance, too.

It's kind of a GPS for writing the proposal. Even if you know where to go (what you want to write), did you actually take the correct route (write it in a way that the SOW asks)? It's deceptively simple but adds a lot of confidence that we are writing to the SOW/RFP and not having to go through multiple red teams. Also like that it's stand alone. No integrations, no internet needed, a simple desktop app.

I had to think differently. As a proposal manager, get past compliance and think about responsiveness. I don't know the customer as well as my SMEs but this software reads the SOW and let's me know where it needs work. I also expected it to be a full-purpose document collaboration and editor. But I didn't want to change our processes either, so once I understood it's specific purpose, it was fine. A tool in my box.

Very positive overall experience with Relevant Match. Very helpful tool that significantly cut the time it took to write our proposal while providing confidence in the content of our proposal.

An easy to use desktop application that helped the team focus on what the SOW is really asking for. Able to work in a SCIF environment, desktop application did not require any internet connection.

Did not come into any problems with Relevant Match. Was a great tool that helped manage my team.
