Moved from Convercent and Haven't Looked Back!
Switching to CaseTrac has been an incredible move for us as an organization.
PROSCaseTrac is an intuitive, full-function case management system that has made my life much easier. The analysis and reporting that the platform provides for me are incredible. The peer group benchmarking is very valuable to executives.
CONSThere are a lot of features, so deciding exactly which ones to use took a little time; but, once that initial process was over, it has been great. The team helped a lot through this process.

Exceptional Experience
Ethix360 provides our Ethics Line services, offering multiple (web, email, phone) mechanisms for employees to report potential issues, anonymously if they choose. We use the CaseTrac tool to work cases end-to-end - from intake through investigation to closure & have had an outstanding experience with the company & the solution. The tool meets all of our needs & is being consistently reviewed & improved. The people at Ethix360 are extremely responsive, solve problems & answer questions quickly, solicit input to improve the software, & go out of their way to ensure you have an exceptional experience with them. Highly recommend.
PROSThe solution has a very straightforward interface for individuals submitting information as well as for those working within the tool daily. From setup to implementation to daily use to back-end reporting, the software is structured logically, includes a variety of valuable features, & is easy to navigate throughout.
CONSWhile the back-end reporting features are well thought out & allow for reporting within the tool, it does not allow for extraction of data based on specific search criteria. You can extract a full report of all data within the system, but cannot extract specific, targeted data. To be clear, you can input specific search criteria & view the reports within the tool, you just cannot extract it that way. You can only extract all data within the system at once. It would be a nice feature to be able to extract targeted reports instead of just viewing them within the system.

A good choice for our needs
Our transition from the prior provider, who was bought out by the owners of CaseTrac, was a bit clunky but support was usually readily available to work through issues. Our needs are fairly basic and we don't have a lot of volume, therefore this system works adequately for us.
PROSI most appreciate the tool notifies me when something has been added to the site. It's relatively easy to navigate through the site and the role configurations work well for us. Most users, even those who are in Case Trac infrequently, can navigate without much difficulty or support.
CONSThe tool could be more intuitive than it is although it's fairly easy to figure things out. I find the reporting capabilities and tools to be lacking in ease and robust-ness but we don't get asked for many reports so it's not an issue for us.

Switched from Navex and users appreciate it
Our organization uses the case management system daily and our cross-functional users wanted a platform that provides an intuitive workflow without jeopardizing the investigation and monitoring needs; CaseTrac allows that! The workflow style helps monitor the case state and organizes the information in a simple way. The self-exportable case reports are a plus and key to our day to day needs. Customer Support is always extremely helpful and available.
CONSWe are pleased with the software; if any changes I would recommend enhancing the current capabilities of the automatic email notifications when action has been taken in a case file.

CaseTrac Reporting and Hotline services
Very positive. Robust system allows me to assign and share investigations across departments (Clinical, HR, Billing, etc.)
PROSSet-up and implementation when very smoothly, and staff training was make easier with CT's training modules. Staff find the system easy to operate and direct reporting by staff is at 95%. Very impressed, plus the system is 3x cheaper than my last Hotline.
CONSNo formal OSHA accident Reporting (OSHA 300) - require staff to document free text reporting details.

Provides the needed management of cases and provides a repository of all cases logged for the bank.
PROSI like how user friendly and simple the tool is. Not complex and works as intended.
CONSThe software is easy to use, no particular difficulty or enhancement noted at this point.

Hotline
Hotline is exactly what we needed and all we got, did not have to buy any other add-ons.
PROSDemo was done very well. Implementation was smooth and site navigation is easier than other product we used.
CONSSince still in the honeymoon period, can't say anything really wrong.
