MetricStream eGRC Review

Has improved automation of key risk processes however the application issues has created some frustration among end users.

PROS

Breath of functionalities provided by the product. Templates and workflows allows for convenient automation of risk processes

CONS

Customtized reports will have to be requested to the vendor and usually incur a cost. Not always user friendly High number of issues that must be channelled through the vendor to obtain resolutions.

CONS

Plurality of risk calculation algorithms that need significant testing before you decide what suits you best.

MetricStream - a great customer service

PROS

Very good customer services from MS side. The purchase and implementation of the tool helped us to automatize multiple Compliance and Risk Assessment processes in the company.

CONS

Lack of availability of executive dashboards, especially in the Compliance/Survey module. Limited functionality of charts and graphs.
