Very positive experience. Complete and easy to use and understand. Good support from the developer-team in case there are questions. Works perfectly together with the "RI&E-Privacy methodology" for implementing the GDPR correctly in an organisation.

The product is easy to use. The product is easy to implement within the organisation. The product offers a "stream" through the processes to document the neccesary information for the GDPR. The pre-programmed processes in the product save a lot of time. Just choose the process and alter a few data fields, that's all. Auditing the privacy situation is easy with PACT-Privacy. The privacy officer has all the neccesary information (online) available , including all legal entities within the organisation. The licence model makes it possible to purchase the required license that fits the organisation: you choose the number of administrations and the number of users.

Actually, the product offers everyting you need to set up and maintain a decent and complete privacy administration which is required for the GDPR. The reports provide information in a basic, standard layout. Maybe an improvement for the future would be to provide additional, advanced functionality for reporting so you can create your own reporting layouts.

In case of a breach it is a very usefull helping tool to comply with the GDPR

To implement GDPR in an organisation the start will be to have a good registration system of processes involving personal data. PACT is such a system, complete, easy of use and value for money

The administration of the infrastructure is poor, but most of the time the IT department has there own solutions for that part. You have a quick overview of your processes.

I use Pact-Privacy for my privacy administration. With Pact-Privacy I can easily answer privacy questions like 'which data do you store in your applications?' Or answer questions from the privacy authority.

User friendliness, help to guide you through the processing, additional modules like: process your own agreements, register databreaches and register privacy requests.

A feature that would be most helpfull is the generation of your own privacy statement as a printable or html document that you can implement on your own website.

Het grootste voordeel van Pact-Privacy is het dasboard. In één overzicht weten wat de status is van alle processen mbt AVG De applicatie maakt een helder de processen inzichtelijk

Een verbetering zou een koppeling zijn met andere applicatie zodat er 1 database ontstaat voor alle normeringen.

Het aantal attributen dat men kan gekozen kan worden is erg handig. Ook de audit module is handig zodat je verwerkingsregister goed kan beheren

De snelheid om je processen hiermee te kunnen implementeren en beheren.
