Electronic paperwork does not get lost or damaged. Sending completed consignment notes is instant and live - can track waste collections and work progress. Environment Agency reports are much easier to generate with the data export tools. Utilising much less paper.

Can be a bit slow (a second or two to open a page) due to cloud connection with larger documents.
