Mainly very good bar the odd Jira/easy vista issue which takes a longtime to resolve
PROSI like that it is self service for our customers and therefore cutting us out as the middle man.
CONSsometimes there is a lot of back and forth on easy vista for a problem which can be solved with a 2 minute phone call rather than weeks of back and forth
