Waymaker Impact for our Mission.
Fantastic, intuitive but with the academy and the onboarding, an interesting and effective learning platform.
PROSThe service has been great but the product is amazing. Our Mission4Men Charitable Trust is going through a phase of reset and this tool has been incredible to refocus purpose and mission. The goalsetting is incredible, where you can put the strategic goal into words and the AI lifts the perception and aspirational effect if the goal to elevate its meaningful understanding for the team... the why becomes tangibly tasteful for this on the journey.

Waymaker Review
I love Waymaker for managing my work and helping my clients create clarity and execution of their goals.
PROSSet up is easy and quick. The diagnostics output is excellent and provides a unique view into what is going on at the company. Setting goals and measurable outcomes using the OKR system is clear and easy to implement. Setting meeting templates and their minutes' automation is very useful to our teams. Tech support is extremely responsive and open to new ideas and they add new features often.
CONSThis product does not integrate with other programs, so all updates must be done manually by the users. Interface with the screen is not always intuitive. Navigation and finding the exact screen view you need requires some learning.

Finally, an all-in-one soluation!
What I love most about Waymaker is the ability to centralise all my personal tasks and business tasks in one place. For years, I have moved between "organisers" such as Microsoft OneNote, Tasks and Outlook but always found myself spending more time organising lists than being productive. Waymaker allows you to break down an objective into tasks which makes it easier to achieve the objective more efficiently. Something I find even more beneficial is doing this on a business level with my team members. Too often, strategic planning meetings would end with excitement but progress would be slow and sometimes not on the same path as discussed. Waymaker provides a central platform that can be used during the meeting and then a tracking system so that the business works in collaboration with focus.
CONSThe integration was easy. I don't have any cons at this stage of the journey.

Great Team Visibility
Overall we have been very happy with Waymaker and would recommend.
PROSThis software has allowed us to take our tasks out of spreadsheets and track them visually whilst being able to track employee accountability and deliverability.
