About Agendex

With Agendex, users can share their calendar with the Agendex account configured by their IT admin. It helps businesses publish information across marketing events, webinars, training sessions and more. Agendex provides more calendar views about team members' availability by month, week, or day by adding required people, rooms, and resources. Users can send their availability to clients, prospects and vendors via links. Professionals can create multiple meeting templates with specific parameters for external meetings. The availability link presents an aggregate view of all the required attendees, allowing the external recipient to book a time when everyone is available.

This actually improves on "free", which is really hard to do.

My users wanted to be able to "get booked" by clients, or prospects, but I didn't want to open up the system to everyone; there were other solutions, but they're triple the price, and this is fully hosted, it's a very simple integration and it looks sleek.

PROS

A lot of people settle for what they get 'for free' as part of their collaboration suites (exchange, groupwise, etc...) but Agendex was obviously built by people who know email and calendaring. Install and integration was about as painless as can be, very modern, and enriches while it protects. Support, when you need it, is stellar.

CONS

I wish it worked with Groupwise, there's not only exchange out there...

Agendex Simple & Cost Effective Calendar Publishing/Booking for M365 // SaaS

Very responsive organization. Installation was straightforward and quick. Full training videos available on their website.

PROS

Offers a comparable feature set to Calendly and others. We preferred a per company price and Agendex is one of the few SaaS options we could find to be priced this way. Deployment was done for all our users in less than 1 hour since Agendex offers full integration with M365 SSO. The default settings for calendar booking and publishing are solid, but each user has even more flexibility to decide how to configure the way their availability will be presented, or to only offer specific time slots.

CONS

Agendex requires the use of service accounts and some advanced powershell scripts. This will apparently be removed in an upcoming version. Not a showstopper for us as we prefer to have a centrally controlled solution.

Reason for choosing Agendex

Simple to deploy & manage, complete feature set, full M365 integration with SSO, very affordable for a mid-size team (50% less than competitors).

Full of features

PROS

It covers all areas of calendar-related activities - shared calendars, availability, rooms and resources management and meeting templates - a feature that compares to Calendly and is very easy to use. I liked that it is priced per company, not per seed and is a cloud service with zero maintenance.

CONS

There is nothing that I really dislike, perhaps option to get rid of service accounts in the future.

Easy install, instant benefits

Our team is very happy with it. It was instantly useful for everyone. Our sales team is starting to use the more advanced features like the meeting templates. The app always runs without any issues. Every time we've required support it was instant and effective.

PROS

Agendex was surprisingly simple to install in our organization. We use Office365 and it literally took about 2 minutes to setup.

CONS

Parts of the availability UI can be streamlined to save our customers a click or two. We're being picky here, but the less clicks the more our customers will adopt it.

Agendex's integration with Zoom and Teams was flexible and very easy to configure.

Reasons for switching to Agendex

We reviewed the features and price. Overall the seamless integration with our online-meeting tools was the biggest factor. It integrates with Zoom and Teams extremely easily.

PROS

Agendex makes it easy to handle complex scheduling requirements - especially if your organization has more than one M365 system federated together.

CONS

I wish there was an option to book from a team of people - eg: to allow someone to book a calendar with one of 3 people, versus a specific person.

Il y a peu de choses que j'aurais à reprocher au logiciel. La traduction française n'est pas arrivée sur le coup mais nous avons pu l'otenir peu de temps après nous être procurés le logiciel.

Just at the start of using, and really enjoying the ease of use.

Easily search and select people, resources, or locations to find availabilities.

For future, it might be nice to see the listed, or have the option to list them.
