AOT is the easiest to use, most effective, and best value scheduling software on the market

Working with AOT compared to my previous scheduling software has been amazing, I really love the features and usability with AOT for both myself and my staff, and my students like it as well.

PROS

The AOT interface is very clear and easy to use, and I love the fact that our branded app is automatically generated by the system so I don't need to build an app myself. With AOT it is easy to create new services, memberships, and classes, and even my staff (who are not technically savvy) can figure it out. I also love that AOT has multiple languages for the booking app, which makes it easier for my customers to book classes with me.

CONS

AOT is one of the best scheduling platforms I've used, but once in a while I run into issues that I need to contact support to help figure out, such as when I was setting up my payment processor for the first time. Luckily the AOT customer support was online through live chat and was super friendly and helpful, and they walked me through the process.

Reason for choosing Always On Time

AOT offered the most value and features for the money, and the other platforms were a bit confusing and hard to use. AOT is able to handle everything I need for my business and it is easy to use, so there is no need to spend more money.

Reasons for switching to Always On Time

Acuity had a lot of problems that made it hard for me to run my business. First of all, loading the clients list (I have about 4,000+ clients) was super slow. Sometimes it took over 2 minutes just to find a student in my list, and in that time I lost potential sales multiple times!! With AOT, the client list and students load in seconds. Also, Acuity was quite complicated when setting up new appointment types and subscriptions, and I always needed help to get it right. With AOT, I can figure it out on my own and I almost always get it right on the first try. AOT also had a dedicated customer support representative that was always there to help me over chat, but with Acuity support was only available through email.

Great solutions for our clients

We deployed AOT to several of our client's websites, and most of the feedback was that they have saved admin time and was able to have an overview of their trainer's time, schedule, commissions etc.

PROS

We helped our client onboard AOT to their studio and website. The clients really appreciation the capability to add a personalised app that can be added to their customer's phone

CONS

As it was young solution, there were some functions that we requested and the management team was nice enough to add to their next update

Easy and Customizable Appointment Scheduling

PROS

Always on Time made it really easy for me to set up appointment scheduling for my small business. I love that I can create a custom branded booking page that I can share with clients and potential new customers. This helps me promote my business but also give current clients an easy place to book time with me and my team.

CONS

There are so many features it can be a little tough right at the start to know exactly what to do, but I checked the help documentation and was able to figure things out.
