Jammed is a must have for any rehearsal and recording studio
We helped develop Jammed, it was thanks to our [sensitive content hidden] who was looking for a booking system that worked for a music studio, that Jammed was born. [sensitive content hidden]discussed the issues and [sensitive content hidden] got to work. Due to circumstances here we were not the first to buy and try it out but still feedback regularly on what is needed. We think it's fantastic and only getting better. It's cut down cancellations as people are booking knowing they will turn up and we have the money upfront too. We have less admin and it's really easy to use and navigate.
PROSEasy to use, collects customer information, sends reminders, easy to issue refunds - be god if we can do part refunds through it too. It's just a brillinat system that works for us and is getting better
CONSthe stats are too basic but I know this is a work in progress. We need to be able to pull out a lot more information and break up the bookings. show how many were booked online by a customer, how many we put in and how many are just blocked days due to bank holidays or private bookings. I need to know how many customers we have and band size they are in. Most people do not register their account, well tell them, send request but they ignore it, this is frustrating as we'd have more info if they would fill it in. Be good to have a list of cancellations so we can see how many bookings were cancelled in a year and of them, how many refunded.

Music studio bookings
Very excellent. There is a serve lack of online bookings that are suitable for the way a rehearsal space works so having one developed that hits that niche perfectly is fantastic. Interaction with Jammed staff has been exremely pleasent and useful.
PROSClear and direct for purpose. The ability to add additions in for gear hire has been extremely helpful as well as the simple system.
CONSEmailing out to customers is not as clear or available as suggested. Widget implementation for website embedding lacked control over the appearance and as such ended up too large and unwieldy to put in our website. Customer sign-ups for repeat customers doesn't appear to get any traction, could be more forward.

Love it. Organizes my life and gives the studio legit credibility
PROSI no longer live through the embarrassment of over booking. Staff always know when their working.
