Responsive & Reliable

We have been impressed since day one on the responsiveness to any help we need or queries we call with. [sensitive content hidden] happily and easily talked us through implementing the program, patiently assisted with any trouble and has been straight onto any issue we've ever had. Service is 10 out of 10!

PROS

We love the customization aspect of the program, and that [sensitive content hidden] has worked with us to accommodate changes we needed, requests of things we wanted and is happy to review and update the program with suggestions that we put forward. It feels like a partnership, and we appreciate the flexibility that has given us and how it will continue to allow us to grow.

CONS

We can't use the program offline. If we are in areas with low or weak internet, loading images and filling out reports can become sluggish. It we are working remotely, with no internet, we can't access the program.

It ticked the most boxes when it came to what we needed and wanted in a program. [sensitive content hidden] jumped onto a suggested customisation for the program before we signed up, which showed us he was someone who we wanted to partner with.

Reasons for switching to Nexus Service Manager

There was a lack of responsiveness and customer service when there were glitches or issues. The frustration became high when issues with reports and figures were taking too long to fix or even look at.

Nexus

Having contact with the developer direct is the strongest feature of Nexus, if we have an issue the problem is rectified or explained within under 24 hrs.If we have an idea for a feature the developer works with us to create and implement an option.

PROS

Nexus scheduling, invoicing, reports are easy to use and fulfils all of our needs

CONS

Form design and integration is not as easy as other programs and I look forward to seeing the upcoming improvments

Nexus Service Manager has provided us with the exact customisable templates that we require. As the company's operation has expanded & evolved Nexus Service Manager has been able to customise the system to meet our ever changing requirements such as the remote connection of jobs via smart phones direct from Nexus Service Manager. The customer support received from Nexus has been outstanding, particularly when our server failed; Nicholas was at our premises within 1 hour of us requesting emergency service response. Nexus Service Manager has been the most utilisable tool along with exceptional customer Service. We would not hesitate in recommending Nexus Service Manager for all Service Based Companies.
