Does everything you need and nothing you don’t

This is a solid application that does everything it needs to and nothing that it doesn’t.

PROS

Streamlined, straight to calendar workouts significantly simplifies gym time. The tiered % of max weight system helps facilitate balanced progressive workouts.

CONS

This is a streamlined application that delivers workouts, sets, and reps to your calendar - doesn’t have a lot of the secondary functionality that’s not really needed for an intermediate or experienced gym goer - like fluff on how to perform specific exercises or dietary/nutrition macros. Know what you’re after. I love the focused calendar delivery functionality.

Reasons for switching to Schedule Your Strength

Other apps were all fluff and couldn’t do what I wanted. Don’t need instructional videos on how to do exercises, don’t need complicated input parameters that require more time to do the data entry for set counts and weights than the actual workout takes. Don’t need expensive workout apps that look flashy but underwhelm on functionality.
