I think they have great service and support. [sensitive content hidden] is AMAZINGLY helpful. I appreciate him and his promptness when I have questions about our data. For instance, the grades and excused attendance are not filtered into our system. He has kept me in the loop with where the team is at in fixing the glitches in our system.

I wish there were more reporting options with data. I would like to see NWEA data reports that go beyond average RIT or percentile. But, the thing I dislike the most is the issues we have with all of our MiStar data (and other data) filtering in correctly.

I have enjoyed using it and trying out the different functions. We are still setting up what we need and haven't quite gotten everything where we want it, but that is just part of the process. The more we use it the more we know what we need and can ask for it.

I really like that you can gather data on a specific student quickly. When we find a student that we need to provide extra supports for, we have to look at all areas of functioning: Grades, attendance, behavior, and social emotional functioning. Munetrix allows us to pull much of that data into one screen rather than having to log in to multiple different platforms and then create a spreadsheet or running record where data is entered multiple times in different places. Munetrix does it all in one place and has made the visuals very easy to understand quickly.

It is still in development so not all of the functionality is there yet. However, they are very willing to hear about what you will need from the product as they develop the different areas. They are also doing the developing quickly. The companies willingness to listen to customer needs and try to address them is definitely helpful.

So far, there is nothing that I don't like...

Munetrix has great customer support. They assist us in each step of submitting the CVTRS report. They also respond quickly with all inquiries.

Munetrix is a great for both debt management and submitting the annually CVTRS report.

I currently do not have anything I don't have any cons about Munetrix. I have been using Munetrix for 6 years.
