The best Childcare management software available in market

very positive & self explanatory for us to set up. We even imported our child roster ourselves.

PROS

Every one of the vendors we checked, be it brightwheeel, procare, himama, or kangarootimes, they all have the same features. My Kid Reports provided us with every single feature that we need and way more, We also built our website with them in lees than 10 minutes by choosing a premade template and tthey host our website for us. & their pricing can not be beat.

CONS

knowledge base can be improved. I sent them an email & i was told that it will be updated in next few weeks with all thee help topics. Their email support was very responsive though.

Reason for choosing MyKidReports

Price and the fact that they built our website & is integrated with the product. Any inquiry that comes on our website, shows up as a prospect in our dashboard automatically. and we can schedule tours and manage waitlist right with few clicks.Also their billing is very easy to use and cost effective for our center, Every month, We used to pay hundreds of dollars in fees to multiple vendors to manage invoices and charging parents using ACH. cost savings in billing alone is like having an extra enrollment of FTE child in our center.

From now on MyKidReports

MyKidReports makes it possible to keep track of our children. It has simplified the documentation process, facilitated communication with my colleagues and the children's parents, and now everything runs like clockwork.

PROS

My team and I haven't missed a thing since we decided to make MyKidReports our companion in managing the children in our care. Everything is documented: activities, play and rest times, the food menu. All this makes our work a lot easier and standardizes information within our team.

CONS

I don't see any problem with it, because as long as I've got my Internet connection, MyKidReports is always up and running, ready to help me with this task.
